• Bluefin & Yellowfin Tuna — Offshore Trolling — The cedar plug is one of the most proven tuna trolling lures; troll at 5–8 knots in a standard spread with the cedar plug on the short corner or long corner position; Blue White and Natural Cedar are the most effective colors for Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna in blue water conditions.
• Yellowtail — Effective for Yellowtail on the troll and when casting to breaking fish; the cedar plug’s erratic action triggers reaction strikes from Yellowtail that are actively feeding on baitfish; Zucchini and Blue White are effective Yellowtail colors.
