The AK M4T8 is a lightweight, fleet-ready charging hub built specifically for DJI Matrice 4 Series batteries. With a 600 W power budget and 8 charging channels (each supporting up to 150 W fast charging), it turns battery swaps into short turnarounds—while on-screen controls, health protections, and active cooling keep operations predictable and safe.
Fast, Flexible Fleet Charging
Choose the mode that fits your flight cadence. Fast Mode prioritizes quick turnarounds—charging ~3 batteries to ~90% in about 35–40 minutes. Standard Mode brings packs to 100% across the bank, with typical times of ~75–110 minutes for 8 batteries (manufacturer guidance: ~110 min at 220–240 VAC, ~120 min at 100–120 VAC). Storage Mode holds packs around 60% to help minimize long-term degradation.
Touchscreen Control & Telemetry
A 3.5-inch (8.89 cm) touchscreen provides per-slot status—low level, charging, full, or abnormal—plus quick access to Fast, Standard, and Storage modes. USB convenience power is built-in for field devices: USB-A 18 W and USB-C 45 W (DP protocol supported).
Battery Health & Safety
The hub’s MCU continuously monitors pack and system parameters and can cut charging on anomalies. Dynamic-current algorithms optimize charge profiles to reduce heat and extend battery longevity. Protection layers include over-/under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, no-load, overcharge, overload, anti-backflow, and protocol safeguards. A high-performance fan maintains stable operation under continuous duty.
